Accomodations include 3 bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with one double bed.  One bathroom.  Limit of 6 people.

Rental Rates:  Memorial Day to Labor Day $1,450 per week Friday to Friday.  Check-in after 2:00 p.m. Friday.   Check-out before 11:00 a.m. Friday.  Please call for off season rates.

Please note that this is a non-smoking cottage and no pets are allowed.

We provide silverware, dishes, pots, plans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen linen, bed linen (sheets, pillow cases, blankets and pillows), a gas grill, 5,500 pound boat lift and some deck chairs.

Although there is enough items to get you started here are some things that we suggest you bring:  bath towels, washcloths, paper products (paper plates, cups, paper towel and toilet paper), hand soap, garbage bags, beach towels and water shoes.
